We were proposed to design and make clothes for the project "Xi coração litlle project", which consists of taking patchwork fabrics and using them to make clothes for the children of Africa.
We also developed a concetual piece, our chosen theme being the turban.
Turban
The concept of this work was to take a piece of clothing that we no longer wore and give it a new life.
My chosen piece was some trousers that resulted in this dress. The process used was - Upcycling
The New Life of the Things
This work was inspired in women that lived in finish of 1930 and start of 1940. We choose this era, because was when women start using pants.
The work was thought for the clothes, will can be used for get it out, like a business dinner or something like this. For example, if she goes to work and the last of the hour arises a business dinner, she just has to put the gold quill. She get ready to get out.

The theme given for this work was "Silicon Valley".
Within this we were given the option to choose a concept of our choice, mine was an amusement park
"California's Great America" is located in the city of Santa Clara, in the centre of Silicon Valley.

Met gala: Alice na Belle Époque
It is a study of costumes for a situation
performatics taking place on the red carpet of the Met Gala. The objective was
take a film/theatre/ballet/(...) and create new costumes or even give it to you
a further adaptation.
The project methodology was used.
Inspired by the designer Rei Kuakubo.
Designed for people who feel trapped, who miss the freedom of expression, to wear what they like and what they feel good about. And the fact that we have been fighting those prejudices.
Everything these two pieces are intended to convey.
To: a free woman
A collection thought and created for women who have recently become mothers. And who as a consequence have suffered changes in their body with which they do not feel so good.
The pieces in this collection not only help them at that level, but are also functional, practical and comfortable.
For this purpose I created a pattern that helps divert attention from certain parts of the body, which the woman feels less comfortable, drawing attention to other parts.
